The difference between these two documents consists in different subjects of responsibility. By issuing the conformity Certificate for production the burden of responsibility for its safety proof is given to the certification organ that issued the document. While the drawing up the Conformity Declarations means that the responsibility for proof of safety of production by the given document is given to an individual entrepreneur or the director of the organization that signed the Declaration.
